Going on Holiday whilst working in Cape Town Property Market

September 27, 2006 at 4:49 pm | In Property Development Opportunities | Leave a Comment

I went up to Durbs for a short holiday and to do some business.

It was lovely, but boy am I happy to be home. As the saying goes, follow your rainbow, but the end of the rainbow is always in your own backgarden.

This post is dedicated to the three living beings who are my life and my soul.

I have 3 little dogs (all girls). I think I broke the heart of my little pup Sadie. She is 9 months old and I’ve had her since she was 6 weeks old. This was the first time I went away for such a long time – 5 days! I just can’t bear to be away from my girlies!

But when I came home and looked into the 3 pairs of loving eyes, I was so moved by their unconditional love.

They have the deepest eyes: They shine from the soul, they have no need for complaining. They only observe with acceptance, joy and knowledge. Deepest eyes are patient, they thrive on calm faith that love and compassion will attract love and compassion. Deepest eyes are the eyes of the heart. Deepest eyes see only peace. (Steve Bronkhorst)

It is so amazing that these 3 little girlies of mine, has placed their lives so completely in my hands. They trust me, care for me and love me unconditionally.

Who has the deepest eyes for you?

Remember, all of us working in the Cape Town Property Development industry make our living from it, but it is the people and the living beings in our lives that make our lives worth living.

Worldy things, are there to make our lives easier, more pleasurable and convenient, they feed the pocket but they can never feed the soul!

Look after those who feed your soul.

Love and Kindness to All

Many peaks and valleys in the Cape Town Property business

September 19, 2006 at 7:37 pm | In Property Development Opportunities | Leave a Comment

Do you remember my previous post regarding the valleys?

“God gives us a vision, and then He takes us down to the valley to batter us into the shape of that vision. It is in the valley that so many of us give up and faint. Every God-given vision will become real if we will only have patience. God has to take us into the valley and put us through fires and floods to batter us into shape, untill we get to the point where He can trust us with the reality of the vision.” – Oswald Chambers
Well this is so true that I have decided to quote it again and to elaborate on it a bit.

As we all know, the Cape Town Property Industry has many wealth creation opportunities available.

But, the players who win big are the Swift ones and the ones who have the Courage to tackle the seemingly impossible ventures.

As in every business transaction, the higher the risk, the higher the reward.

Many a millionaire has at one time or the other had the same fears as those starting out in the property development industry.

But did you know that 70% of fears never become a reality? Fear is good, because it makes you cautious but it can also be your biggest Enemy!
But we are property developers because we do not want to be “little grey figures living little grey lives.

We have chosen to become involved in this exciting, stressful business, but this can be a very rewarding business if we take calculated risks.
So go with us, let us hold your hand and lets go out and claim the abundance that the universe has on offer for us.

Call me on 082 7706808 to discuss the many property development opportunities we have on offer for you.

We are acquiring good stock on a daily basis so call me on 082 7706808 if you are looking for affording housing developement opportunities.

Remember that when you are in the valley there is only one way for you and that is UP!

Enjoy, the trip.

I would like to leave you with this quote – “Wealth is not in making money, but in making the man while he is making money. Please stay Nice!

Never Ever Quit

September 15, 2006 at 12:24 pm | In Preparing to Buy Property | 1 Comment

As I’m sure you know by now, I am a prolific reader and like to share the wise inputs that cross my path.

So here goes with a thought that I would like to leave you with for the weekend.

“Far Better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, because they live in the grey twilight that knows not victory nor defeat.” Teddy Roosevelt

Why is it that we always choose the easy road but expect the results that only the challenging road can give us?

We do not have to be little grey figures living small lives. We most be bold figures who stretch ourselves to our fullest capacity if we were to be successful.

Our lives, the way it is today, is a result of the decisions we have made.

So lets make a commitment to ourselves and to success today – that no longer will we shy away from asking what we want of life.

“for life is a just is a just employer, she gives you what you ask, I worked for a menial’s hire, only to learn dismayed, that any wage I had asked of life , Life would have willingly paid”

What are you going to ask of life today?

We have plenty of beautiful houses for sale in Cape Town so call me on 082 7706808.

You can also call me on 082 7706808 for affordable houses for sale in Cape Town, or if you are a budding developer or if you are a seasoned developer.

Because if you can think it, you can be it!

What is your vision for your life and your property business?

How many of us are being battered into shape at the moment? How many of us are laying foundations at the moment? How many of us are sowing now?

Be patient, we cannot start building without laying foundations. We cannot start reaping without sowing.

The law of life is to Give and then you shall Receive. But like all fallable human beings we’d rather like it the other way around. Receive and then Give. Isn’t that a whole lot easier?

But life does not work like that in the Houses for Sale, Plots for Sale, Development Opportunities in Cape Town, Hotels for Sale, Wine Estate in Cape Town for Sale industries.

You can call me on 082 7706808 to make your vision for your life and your property business in Cape Town and your property development business in South Africa a reality.

Remember with Belief Patience and Perserverance Everything is possible in the Houses for sale, Flats for Sale and Commercial Property business.

Have a good weekend!
