As you reflect on the past year, can you say you are happy with yourself & your life?

What a year it has been!! Wow, did time fly?

But what did you do with your time?  Are you happy when you sit back and take stock of the year that has been?

What have you done for yourself on a personal level this year?  What have you done for your family? What have you done for your neighbour this year?  What have you done for yourself on a spiritual level this year?  What have you done for yourself and your family as far as your career and financial lives are concerned?  Are you happy with your route that you have travelled on this year?

These are questions we need to ask of ourselves at this time of the year by  to establish our growth and success in life.

Only by doing this can you see what you have done, where you need to make adjustments and where you should praise yourself.

Once we have received the rewards of change, the pain of the change is forgotten.

I have had so many challenges this year, so many times I’ve had to adjust my course, so many people have needed my guidance and I am happy to say that I have always tried to make my decisions based on the good of all parties involved.

But I am a work in progress.  I have many lessons to learn, I have many bridges to cross, many mountains to climb and I would like to thank all those who have read my blog and gone with me on my journey.

The Cape Town Property Market never fails to deliver good to those who do good.  To all those who bought affordable homes in the Cape Town property market from me, I wish you well.  To those who bought land for affordable homes in Cape Town from me, I trust that your Cape Town Property Developments are successful.

To those who upscaled and bought houses from me, congratulations and keep going.  To those who bought going concerns/holiday resorts and buildings for sale in the Cape Town property market, I hope and trust that your vision will become a reality.

Thank you all and God bless.

What goes around comes around

I would like to share this beautiful piece of writing with you.

“Some things are beyond planning, And life doesn’t always turn out as planned.  You don’t plan for a broken heart.  You don’t plan for a failed buisness venture.  You don’t plan for an adulterous husband.  Or wife who wants you out of her life.  You don’t plan for an autistic child.  You don’t plan for spinsterhood.  You don’t plan for a lump in you breast.

You plan to be young forever.  You plan to climb the corporate ladder.  You plan to be rich and powerful.  You plan to be acclaimed and successful.  You plan to conquer the universe.  You plan to fall in love – and to be loved forever.

You don’t plan to be sad.  You don’t plan to be hurt.  You don’t plan to be broke.  You don’t plan to be betrayed.  You don’t plan to be alone in this world.   You plan to be happy.  You don’t plan to be shattered.

Sometimes if you work hard enough, you can get what you want.  But MOST times, what you want and what you get are two different things.

We, mortals, plan.  But so does God in the heavens.  Sometimes, it is difficult to understand God’s plans especially when His plans are not in consonance with ours.

Often, when  God sends us a crisis, we turn to him in anger.  We cannot choose the cross God wishes us to carry, but we can carry that cross with courage knowing will never abandon us norsend something we cannot cope with.

Sometimes, God breaks our spirit to save our soul.  Sometimes, He breaks our heart to make us whole.  Sometimes, God allows pais so we can be stronger.  Sometimes, God sends us failure to we can be humble.  Sometimes, God allows illness so we can take better care of ourselves.  Sometimes, God takes everything away from us so we can learn the value of everything He gave us.

Make plans, but understand that we live by God’s grace!”

I am very deep today because so many of the above challenges have affected me personally at a young age, challenges that prompted me to dig deep and become strong at a very young and tender age.  And so many times I have questioned why I must be challenged like this? Why must I learn so many lessons at such a young age?

But as I am sitting here today I know why.  I needed to establish my morals, I needed to know and become aware of what is right and wrong and take the lessons I’ve learnt and assist those who are in need today.

And do you know that we all are in a position to help our fellow brothers and sisters.  Yes, we all have a duty towards one another.

God gave some of us more wealth than others, but the wealthy ones are merely custodians and it is our jobs to help those who have less.  We are not to be reservoirs of wealth but conduits of wealth and love.

Therefore I work in the two extremes of the property market.  I work with the people entering the property market.  Please call me for all your affordable homes for sale in the Cape Town Property Market.  Call me on 082 7706808 for plot and plan homes for sale in Cape Town.

And I work with the developers who make their money with the development of these plot and plan affordable homes in Cape Town.  Call me if you need land for affordable housing in Cape Town.  We truly have many opportunities available.

We have houses for sale in Silversands, we have houses for sale in Eersteriver.  We have plots for sale in Summerville.  We have houses for sale in Summerville and so much more.

And remember we have to be fair in our business practises.  Because what you sow, you surely shall reap.  So lets focus on the positive and lets do good and honourable business in the Cape Town Property Market.

Kind Wishes to all as we gear up for the Festive Season.
