Where to from now with the NCA?
July 2, 2007 at 1:29 pm | In Alternate Property Financing Options | Leave a CommentToday I am not in a philosophical mood as I am disturbed about the implementation of the above act.
This act is implemented across the board whether you are buying fixed assets or a consumable.
One of the shortcomings of the act is that it may have overlooked the fact that acquiring property is also a means of wealth creation.
Surely the acquisition of a fixed asset should have a different set of rules as compared to buying clothes or furniture for that matter.
How can we use this act to our benefit in the property for sale in Cape Town property market?
What are your views on this? Please let me know.
Kind Regards
Yasmeen
